Joshua 1:11-13

¹¹ “Pass through the camp and give orders to the people saying, ‘Prepare three days’ worth of provisions for yourselves, for within three days you are going to cross over this Jordan in order to take possession of the land that the Lord, your God, has given to you as an inheritance.’ ” ¹² Joshua then said to the Reubenites and the Gadites and to half of the tribe of Manasseh,^{[a] 13} “Remem-ber what Moses, the servant of the Lord, commanded you, saying, ‘The Lord, your God, has given you a place of rest,^[b] he is giving you this land.’
